What started as a simple idea — walking and talking for mental health — is quickly growing into a great little community of people coming together to connect and move.
Each fortnight, locals come together to connect, move, and have real conversations that matter. There’s no agenda, no sign-up, and no cost — just community.
Come as you are, bring a mate (or your dog ) grab a coffee, and join the conversation.
Why We Walk
Walk & Talk Bendigo exists to make connection easy — because sometimes the best conversations happen while moving side by side.
Through these walks, we aim to break down stigma, support mental health, and remind people that they’re not alone.
The group proudly supports Lifeline Loddon Mallee, Bendigo Health Foundation and Let’s Chat Park, helping fund local initiatives that create real impact across our region.
