My Story

I’ve been where you are. Tired, frustrated, and unsure what the next step should be. Over the years, I’ve learned that real progress doesn’t come from quick fixes — it comes from building systems, creating balance, and pushing yourself in ways that carry over into every part of life.

That’s why I started McKern Coaching. My mission is simple: to teach people what I’ve learned through years of training, studying, and testing myself — not just in the gym, but in life. From walking to Melbourne in 2021 and to Canberra in 2024 to raise awareness for mental health, to helping hundreds of clients hit their goals, I know that the real strength we build goes beyond the physical.

Now, my focus is on helping you cut through the noise, build habits that last, and feel stronger than you thought possible — inside and out.
